A: If you live in Smith Township in Whitley County, or Green Township in Noble County, and you are 18 or older, you can get a free library card from the Churubusco Public Library. All you need is proof of residence (i.e. driver's license, utility bill, personal check). If you live in Noble County, you must also have a Noble County library card.
School-age (kindergarten or above) children can get their own cards, as long as the parents/guardians give permission and have a card. There are limits to how many DVDs/videos children can check-out.
