The Churubusco Public Library Board meets the second Monday of every month, at 6:00 PM, in the library, unless otherwise advertised.
The Library Board of Trustees is composed of seven members.
All terms have staggered expiration dates, and each term is for 4 years. The Board governs and sets library policy and oversees financial affairs, with the input of the Library Director and Treasurer (if not a board member).

- 1 member is appointed by the Whitley County Commissioners
- 1 member is appointed by the Whitley County Council
- 1 member is appointed by the Churubusco Town Council
- 1 member is appointed by the Smith Township Trustee
