Thanks to a grant from the Community Foundation of Whitley County, the Churubusco Public Library has been pleased to present a summer concert series free of charge for over 10 years. Concerts are held outdoors, weather permitting (they will move inside if necessary), in Franklin Promenade. AT THIS TIME, NO CONCERTS ARE SCHEDULED FOR 2020 DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. If that changes, we will update this site. The 2019 dates and musicians were:
Bobby Swag Band | Friday, August 9, 6-7:30 PM Featuring a Woodstock Tribute! A classic rock band with an emphasis on vocals and harmonies, known to get you dancing to classics you love. Check them out on Facebook @BobbySwagBand
Garry Jones | Saturday, August 24, 2 PM (at the Art Festival) A local favorite who plays drum, cajon, conga, hand percussion, vocals, and harmonica and has been playing for over 30 years!
Jon Durnell | Friday, August 30, 7-8 PM Local singer/songwriter performs acoustic
Swick & Jones | Saturday, September 7, 6-8 PM
